TERMS & CONDITIONS

CLASSES

1) Cancellations 

a. Clients who do not attend a class that they have booked onto will lose that credit without the option to redeem it.  

b. All packages or blocks of sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the trainer. 

c. Class credits must be paid for before sessions can be claimed.

d. All block packages must be used before the expiry date or credits will be lost.  

 

2) Late Arrivals 

a. Each class shall be 50 minutes in length (unless otherwise stated). Members that show up to a class 15mins late will be turned away and their class credit will be lost. 

 

3) Responsibility 

a. It is full responsibility to inform your trainer of any difficulties you perceive or experience as well as any changes to your medical and physical health.  

 

4) Subscription

a. Sessions must be paid for before they can be claimed

b. Subscription packages will be billed every month from the date of purchase until cancelled. 

c. Any unused sessions that meet the cancellation policy can be rolled over to the following month or sooner if available. 

d. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time (unless part of a promotion). 

e. Unclaimed sessions following cancellation are non-refundable but can be used as a Gift Card within 2 months. 

 

5) Block Packages

a. Sessions must be paid for before they can be claimed

b. Starting a partial payment on a block package shows your intent to commit to the related number of sessions and therefore payment for all sessions must be completed. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

1) Cancellations 

a. All sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the start session will be charged. 

b. Cancellations made before 24 hours of the start session can be moved to an agreed date and time. 

c. Clients who do not attend sessions without informing the trainer before the start of the session will be charged in full for the session and will not be offered the opportunity to move the session. 

 

d. All packages or blocks of sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the trainer. 

 

e. Sessions must be paid for before sessions can be claimed. 

 

2) Late Arrivals 

a. Each session shall be 50 minutes in length (unless otherwise stated). Sessions will not be extended (unless time is available) due to the lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client.
