Our Small Group Sessions are the perfect environment for learning the art of boxing and reaching your fitness goals safely.

 
With a maximum of six people in each of our 40 weekly sessions and unlimited access to open gym, each member is treated more than just a number. BOX36 allows you to experience all of the benefits of having a personal coach in the atmosphere of a high energy session...and at a fraction of the cost!

WHAT IS BOX36?

We are a modern fitness studio inspired by classic boxing. 36 is the total time you will be punching, moving and sweating in each class - just like a
12 round boxing match!
